Runar guides you into deep and safe meditations. Topics in the meditations are channeled during the LIVE broadcast and adapted to the group energy and the times we live in.

LIVE healing and meditation on Wednesday and Friday are in Norwegian language, but I will speak few words English and translate the beginning of the meditation, so you can participate in the group healing.
